If you are prohibited under applicable law from using the Site, you may not use it.
- Information You Submit. Do not submit any information or other materials that you consider confidential or proprietary through the Site. If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Site (“Feedback”), then you do so on a non-confidential basis (regardless of any designation or indication to the contrary in the submitted information or any accompanying correspondence) and you hereby grant Open Arms an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free transferable, sublicensable right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Site and create other products and services.
- Ownership; Proprietary Rights. The Site is owned and operated by Open Arms. You understand that your contribution is being made to Open Arms and that Open Arms has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you will be required to provide [your name, email address, physical address, as well as] truthful, accurate, valid, and current credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge. If you activate a Recurring Gifts, then you authorize Open Arms or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until the end date you specify when you make the Recurring Gifts (“Scheduled End Date”), the sum you specify on the Site. You hereby authorize Open Arms or its third-party payment processor to bill the periodic Recurring Gifts and all applicable fees and taxes to the payment method you provide to us. [You must cancel your Recurring Gifts before Scheduled End Date in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Recurring Gift to your payment method.] You may cancel the Recurring Gifts contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE IN ORDER TO AVOID CHARGE FOR THE NEXT MONTH’S DONATION.
